Researchers at University of California Davis reported that they were able to reduce the number of antibiotic-resistant germs in breastfed newborns intestines by giving the babies probiotics for three weeks during their first month of life. Pediatrician Dr. Tanya Altmann joins to talk about what these results can mean in the long term.
